These member ship agreement (“Agreement”) is entered in to by the member of registering party and Karealeeyam Buidling Contractors Club come in to effect in the time of membership approvals by the concern committee.
ENROLLING TO KC club INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT, SO PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING
All Members are strictly adhering to the By-laws of the Club.
Joining KCCLUB as an organisational member indicates your organisation’s acceptance of our terms and conditions and willingness of everyone who is part of your membership to adhere to our member code of conduct. (the link has to provide – Code of conduct below mentioned)
All actions by you on the website of KC CLUB will be governed by this agreement without prejudice to your membership agreement with the "Club". In addition, when you use any service (e.g., activities, coordination, Reviews, Events), you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms and conditions applicable to such services, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. The "KCClub" reserves the right to change this Site and these terms and conditions at any time. The "Club" retains the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated any of these Terms of Use. If you are a member's dependent, you may use the Club's site facilities only with the involvement of the member.
Member agrees to pay one time registration fee and annual membership fee accordance with the KC club bylaw. The Payment for membership must be made within the same day of membership approval, the concern committee will contact and guide for the processing of membership, the membership card will issue within 5 working days after the receipt of payment. Membership payments are non-refundable.
Organisational membership under an umbrella organisation
Please note that if you have joined KCclub as an organisational member you should be as part of organisation ambassador for the community , you will be representing KCclub and all the rules and regulations of organisation has to be obey and respect the KCclub bylaw. The Club all activities and special trade discount etc allowed to enjoy with the Kcclub trade members through the member ship card through the discounted offer under an umbrella organisation.
Right to recall the membership
You are agreeing to enter this agreement with the recall of KCClub membership, if any obligations / complaint registered and finalised by the membership scrutinising committee, district and state the membership car will be recall and terminate the member accordingly as per the bylaw. All the rights are under KC Club final scrutinising committee without any prejudice.

All members are required as a condition of their membership to adhere to the following code of conduct. Failure to do so may lead to you and / or your organisation being removed as a member.
All Kcclub members are expected to:
• Respect the views, opinions, knowledge, experience and expertise of other members, at events, in discussions, during a mentoring relationship and in other communications channels where they may interact with KCCLUB and other members.
• Be polite, honest and supportive of other members.
• Always strive to uphold good practice in their communications and uphold the reputation of the communications profession and Kcclub.
• Not discriminate against, bully or harass others on the basis of: cultural and role difference, including (but not exclusively) those involving age, disability, education, ethnicity, gender, language, national origin, political beliefs, race, religion, sexual orientation, marital or family status and socio-economic status.
• Not knowingly act in a manner inconsistent with this code, or knowingly cause or permit others to do so.
Breach of the Code of Conduct
A complaint regarding a breach of the code of conduct may be made by anyone, whether they are a KCclub member or not.
In the first instance, please direct your complaint in writing to the member of the team who provided the service related to the alleged breach of conduct (e.g. the complaint can file to District membership scrutinise committee/ district president). You can find of all our contact details here. Alternatively, please get in touch with our state action committee. Any complaint should be submitted within two months of the alleged breach of conduct.
