The Keraleeyam Building Contracting society stands for the welfare of Engineers and contractors of Engineering and construction Industry. It has an intention for formation of labour contracting society for contracting the work as Union of multiple technical expertise of construction & Engineering companies. We have completed all the formality legally for the Formation as Union of labour contracting. Since it is a group of technical experts on all districts in kerala, we shall have formed a club, where the contract will be taken as Keraleeyam Building contracting Society, and the subjective parts of the contracts to execute from concept design to execution will be called to contract within the members under the contract department of Keraleeyam Building Contracting club,

So the main objective focusing this KCC is to help and support the contractors, Engineers & material suppliers of the respective field in Engineering & construction to provide as a contract on competitive within our members ,as every members will have projects and support for their business to grow as a team and individuals. Other intentions, are it will also help our members to avail financial society under the board of committee decision where financial chit fund,loan and other aspects can be avail on approvals.It also majorly help to implement new construction innovations and latest trends and ideas from the industry to reach our members, that would improve the quality and technically execution of projects, aware of latest material and it's data sheet would cover the criteria Updation of ideas and technical aspects Construction technology innovations etcBut not the last, it has an setup of a office and it's bearers to handle every district one or more spot for the club members to have chat and create new relations and have new interactions, so that would help each other to grow the reference business individually and as team .
